PLUNGE INTO SEA
JAPANESE FLYING-BOAT THREE NAVAL MEN DROWNED TOKIO. Feb. 9 A Short Brothers flying-boat, the largest attached to tho Japanese navy, was practising a night flight at the entrance to Tokio Bay, when it plunged into the ocean. Seven occupants were saved but, three were drowned, including a lieutenant-com-mander, who was piloting the machine. Divers are searching for tho wreck.
