AUCKLAND REGIMENT
CAMP TO END TO-DAY The camp of the first battalion of the Auckland Regiment, which began at Long Bay last Saturday, will end to-day. Over 200 men, with Lieutenant-Colonel N. L. Macky in command, have been under canvas. An extensive scheme of training has been carried out during the week. Competitive shooting at. floating targets also took place. The camp was inspected yesterday bv Colonel S. J. E. Closey, ofticer commanding the New Zealand Infantry Brigade.
