HIGH TEMPERATURES
WESTERN AUSTRALIA BUSH FIRES IN COUNTRY PERTH, Feb. 7 The whole of Western Australia is experiencing a severe heat wave. The temperature has been more than 100 degrees on four successive days in Perth, while in other places it has been up to 110 degrees.
Several trunk lines between Perth and country centres in the south-west are out of action as the result of bush fires.
