EXPLOSION IN PARIS
EIGHT KILLED, 100 INJURED WRECK OF A POWER-HOUSE PARIS, Feb. 6 Eight people were killed and about 100 injured in a terrific explosion at the Billan Court motor works on the outskirts of Paris. The explosion wrecked the power-house, the roof of which was lifted off and crashed in an adjoining workroom, injuring a number of the occupants. The wreckage of the power house was scattered over a wide area and workmen were struck by flying metal. The tragedy was due to a boiler bursting.
