ENGAGEMENTS
The engagement is announced of Joyce Marjory, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Thompson, Manning Street, Hamilton, and Roland William, second son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Kerr, Island Bay, Wellington. A marriage of New Zealand interest has been arranged, and will shortly take place, between George, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Garside, and Lady Mary Onslow, daughter of the Earl aryl Countess of Onslow, writes our London correspondent on January 6.
