MAN FOUND GUILTY
REMANDED FOR SENTENCE *' A plea of not guilty was entered by Norman Bergman, aged 31, blacksmith, charged in the Supreme Court yesterday with five counts of indecent assault in respect of three small boys. The alleged offences were stated to have been Committed by accused at Point Chevalier in October and November last. Mr. Justice Smith was on the Bench. The case for the Crown was conducted by Mr. Hubble and Mr. Noble appeared for Accused. After a retirement of 40 minutes the jury returned a verdict of guilty on all (counts. Sentence was deferred.
