OFFICER RETIRED
Advice has been received that Mr. Will J. French, a New Zealander, who for many years has been president of the State Industrial Accident Commission and director of the State Department of Industrial Relations in California, has been retired from his appointments by the Governor of the State. The retirement is attached by the San Francisco News, which describes Mr. French as an "experienced, conscientious and incorruptible executive."- . *
