A message from Toronto states that Mr. Hector Charlesworth, chairman of the Broadcasting Commission, answering criticisms that Ottawa and other Canadian centres were omitted from the Empire broadcast messages, cites the fact that Canberraj the Australian Federal capital, was also necessarily omitted.
