CO-ORDINATION SCHEME

CONTROL BY A BOARD LONDON, Dec. 1 The co-ordination, under unified control and ownership, of the passenger traffic o'f the greatest suburban population of the world is aimed at in the London Passenger Trains and Ports Bill. Mr. P. <T Pybas, Minister of Transport, in explaining the provision of the bill when the House of Commons went into Committee on it to-day, said that it provides: Firstly, for the establishment of a publie board charged to provide adequate travelling facilities throughout the London traffic area.
