WELLINGTON DECISION NO PERMITS TO BE ISSUED [BV TEL EG lIA Pit —TRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday Following a consultation with the Commissioner of Police, the Mayor of Wellington, Mr. T. 0. A. Hislop, has announced the discontinuance, of permits for any form of street procession or demonstration of any kind. Disappointment is felt by the promoters of a boy unemployment campaign, who have just finalised arrangements for a number of processions in connection with their movement.
