EFFECT ON THE CABINET

By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright

(Received November 22, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 22 Rumours are revived about the state of Mr. Mac Donald's health.

The Daily Herald's special representative says the Prime Minister's closest friends are advising him to take a sea voyage, otherwise they fear there is danger that he will have a breakdown and be forced to resign. In that case, says the Herald, the National Government may be replaced by a Conservative Government, with Mr. Nevillo Chamberlain, not Mr. Baldwin, as probable leader. Mr. Baldwin is opposed to breaking up the present Cabinet.
