OPERATIONS IN MANCHUKUO
ACTION AGAINST INSURGENTS
PEKING, Nov. 20
The Japanese have started a move against the "rebel" Manchurian General, Su Ping-wen, according to dispatches from North Manchukuo.
The main Japanese forces are moving westwards simultaneously from Tsitsihar and Hai-lun. They are reported to number 10,000, as against the insurgents' 25,000.
Recently General Su Ping-wen captured some Japanese officials at Manchuli, and refused to negotiate for their release.
