WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE
HUSBAND'S ADMISSIONS
On the ground of her husband's misconduct Merle Hill (Mr. Hore) petitioned ; 5n the Supreme Court yesterday for the 'dissolution of her marriage with William Joseph Hill. The parties were married $n Auckland in February, 1027. The petitioner said she had continued forking to assist her husband and in February, 1931, she went to Hamilton. She found that money she was sending her husband to pay for the maintenance of his children by a former marriage was not being applied in that direction. An anonymous letter further aroused her suspicions and when she returned to Auckland and questioned her husband lie admitted misjconduct. ' After evidence had been given of verbal and written admissions by the husband, Mr. Justice Smith issued a decree nisi, to be made absolute after three pionths. (
