After having experienced the excitement of the riot scenes at Geneva, Sir Thomas Wilford, High Commissioner for New Zealand, and his daughter Isobel, have visited Rome. They had an audience with Signor Mussolini, to whom Signor Grandi, Foreign Minister, gave them an introduction.
