STUDENTS' PARTY
To celebrate the close of examinations a merry throng of students held a surprise party at the residence of Mrs. Stacey Adeane, of Kerne Bay, on Saturday evening. The reception room, lounge and living rooms were decorated with masses of flowers, the predominating shades being gold and yellow. Among those present were Misses Ruth Adeane, Phyllis Dc Boissiere, Mario Drysdale, Beryl Campbell, Phyllis Biss, Joy Bell, Joan Robinson, Cicely Butcher, Peggy Leeper, Margaret Fowlds, Adelino Linton, Meare Pearson, Do Vara Kissen, Shirley Law, Joyce Smyth and Clarice White; Messrs. Alan Hill, Brian Rudinan, "Bill" Sanders, Angus Don, Bruce Bell, Jimmie Don, Jack Miller, Keith Bollard, Roy Beaseley, Ted Miller, Jack Dyson, Wilson Law, Douglas Robinson, Eldred Sealy, Bowran Miller and Harold Webber.
