DIVIDEND AGAIN PASSED
The accounts of National Pictures, Ltd., for the year ended September 30 disclose a profit "of £7O, as against £406 in the previous year. Tho amount brought forward wus £4978 and, with the net profit, £5048 is being carriod forward. No dividend is recommended. Reference is made to the loss the company sustained in the death of Mr. W._ J. Rainger, who had been a director since the company's' inception. Miss Doris Cleland was to fill the vacancy. The retiring directors, Messrs. C. H. Court and R. L. Cleland, offer themselves for re-election. Tho capital of the company is £42,815. No dividend was paid in 1930-31.
