FLIERS RESCUED
GERMANS IN CHANNEL TAKEN ABOARD A STEAMER LONDON, Oct. 30 The pilot and mechanic in the German aeroplane which left Croydon in a gale and later sent sn S.O.S. call were rescued by the crew of a steamer. There was no trace of the machine however.
