RESULT OF ELECTION CENTRE PARTIES' VICTORY (■Received October 31, 7.25 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Oct. 30 In the Chilean Presidential election today, savs a message from Santiago, Senor Arturo Allesandri headed the poll with 152,875 votes. Marmaduke Grove (Socialist), his nearest opponent, polled 67,793 votes. Seuor Allesandri, who was President in 3920, is the candidate of the Centre parties. ,
