In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 07 of the Local Legislation Act, 1927, the River Boards Act, 190S, and its amendments, and any other Acts it thereunto enabling, the Franklin County Council hereby gives Public Notice that a Classification List of lands comprised in the Mangutawhiri Subdivision Special Rating Area of late Waikato River District, was signed by the Chairman of Franklin County at a meeting of the Franklin County Council held on Monday, the 17th day of October, 1932, and the said Classification List may be inspected at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, during office hours until Monday, the 21st day of November, 1932, without fee. Any person who thinks himself aggrieved by such classification may appeal against the same on the grounds following, and no other:— (a) Thn.t the classification does not fairly classify the land of the appellant; or (b) That any land liable to be classified is omitted from the classification or is not fairly classified.
