On charges of being drunk. evading payment of Ins tram funs, and using indecent language to a tinm conductor, Kilg.iV Albert Howard, aged 33, appeared in t lio Otuhungii Police Court yesterday. Accused pleaded guilty. The justices, Messrs. .1, K. Greon and F. 0. Soar, Convicted and discharged accused for being drunk, fined liim 10s on llio second charge rind £2 for using indecent Innfiucgo. Ho was allowed 14 days to pay tiio fiiio.
