COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF (Received October 2?. G. 45 p.m.) British "Wireless RUGBY. Oct. 27 Vice-Admiral Sir William Fisher left London to-day for Malta. There he will take over the post of commander in-chief of the Mediterranean Fleet.
