ALLEGATIONS OF FORGERY
ACCUSED AGAIN REMANDED A further remand was granted by Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday in the case of Michael Cuthbert Lynch, aged 47, bricklayer, charged with forging a totalisator ticket for 10s on No. 11 horse in the Nursery Handicap at Avondale on October 17, with intent that it should be acted on as genuine. On the application of Detective-Sergeant Kelly accused was remanded until next Thursday. Bail was renewed at £2OO.
