ELECTION OF OFFICERS The annual conference of the Heal Estate Institute of New Zealand concluded yesterday afternoon, when llio delegates were taken for a motor drive round the city. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. Stace Bennett (Auckland); vice-presidents, Messrs. «T. G. liarcourt (Wellington) and O. F. Baker (Canterbury); committee, Messrs. H. G. .0. Ernest and T. Mclndoe (Auckland), H. W. Hcslop (Canterbury), C. D. Cox and F. C. Wilkinson (Hawke's Bay), E. W. Win (Nelson), L. D. Ritchie and P. W. Stahb (Otngo), 0. CraWshaw (Poverty Bay),. P. B. Fouto and G. D. Virtue (South Canterbury). J. T. 1 Carswell (Southland), C. W. Morey (Taranaki), G. S. Boyes and A. N. de L. Willis (Waikato), H. J. Duigan (Wanganui), A. A. Gellatlv and 11. A. Large (Wellington); treasurer, Mr. W. J. A. Thomson.
