WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION
The New Zealand Women's Association of New South Wales gave a dance in the association rooms, Sydney, to the visiting riflemen from New Zealand who were competing for the King's Prize. The guests of honour were: Messrs. T. J. Chapman (secretary of the teamj. W. Ballinger, K. Ballinger, L. Rule, 11. Koppett, H. Cromie, R. Nicholl and A. O'Donnell. Mr. Chapman spoke of the team's appreciation of the hospitality extended to them by Sydney people, and especially the New Zealand Women's Association. The laller's welcome and hospitality made them feel as if a piece of New Zealand had been transplanted into the middle of Sydney. The rifle team left Sydney on October 21 for New Zealand.
