YOUNG MAN CHARGED
EVIDENCE OF LITTLE GIRLS Charged with indecently assaulting a girl seven years of age at Onehunga on October 15, Sydney Charles Marshall, aged 23 (Mr. Reed), stood trial before Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday. There was a second count charging him with common assault. The principal witnesses were four little girls ranging in ages from five to nine. The hearing was adjourned until to-day.
