INTOXICATION CHARGE
FARMER BEFORE COURT FINE AND LICENCE SUSPENDED [FROM OCR OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday 'A Rukuhia farmer, Moses Hamilton Hepburn, aged 58, who was. arrested when about to enter his motor-lorry in Collingwood Street, Hamilton, yesterday, appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in-the Hamilton Police Court to-day and pleaded guilty to being intoxicated whilo in charge of a motor vehicle. Sergeant England said that accused was watched for some time before he approached his vehicle, and was much the worse for liquor. He had never been jn trouble before. Accused was fined £lO and his driver s licence was suspended for three months.
