PRODUCE FOR BRITAIN
ANOTHER LARGE CARGO A large cargo of New Zealand produce was despatched for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain by the Commonwealth and Dominion Lina steamer Port Victor last evening. Tha cargo from Auckland included 90,000 boxes of butter, 6000 crates of cheese, 14,000 freight carcases of meat, 400 packages of tallow, 4500 cases of milk powder, as well as kauri gum, hides and a quantity of general cargo. It is the second large cargo of produce to leave Auckland this week, the Shaw, SaviJl and Albion steamer Maimoa having been despatched for London on Tuesday.
