If only people would take the pains that Royalty" takes about names, how much happier parties would be! You hardly ever get introduced clearly to anyone. Princess Elizabeth is being most carefully trained to repeat people's names when she meets them. The other day, we pre told, the Duchess called her to shake hands with Lady Victoria Well Forrester and, ns usual, told her the name very carefullv. " Victoria," said Princess Elizabeth slowly, then, very brightly, she added : " I seem to have heard that name before! "
