THE WIND-BLOWN COIFFURE
SMALL FLUFFY CURLS The wind-blown coiffure has been superseded by a less drastic head-dress. English women are wondering how to conform to the new trend of hair fashions. The ends that trailed aimlessly about the face are no longer acceptable to the modern woman, who prefers a neat and moro feminine appearance. These feathered ends have been restored to order, and lie in small fluffy curls on the forehead and down the side of the head.
