GRAMOPHONE RECORDS
DANCE AND CAFE USE LICENCE FEE TO BE CHARGED LONDON, Sept. 25 In consequence of the growing practice of using gramophone records in dance halls and cafes, leading manufacturers have decided to impose an annual licence fee for such use.
Arrangements are also to be made for the control of the wireless transmission of records.
