ORDER FOR PHOTOGRAPHS
COPIES NOT RECEIVED [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] ROTORUA, Monday A claim was made in the Magistrate's Court to-day by K. Williamson, farmer, of Te Ngae, against Bell and Son, photographers, for £2 2s 6d out of pocket expenses for alleged failure to supply photographs ordered. Plantiff said that (he claim was for money he had spent for the purpose of getting his family together. The photographs had been taken and proofs submitted, but he had not been able to get the copies he had paid for. Although he had made several requests he had got no reply from the firm. Judgment, was given for plaintiff for £1 and costs.
