The amounts credited to such fund may be applied to provide work in excess of the board's scale under No. 5 scheme, or to purchase goods for- distribution to necessitous cases. Property owners desiring to take ad-, vantage of the scheme should make appli- .ideation to the Jocal body for their district or the certifying officer under thg Unemployment Board.
