LEAGUE TOURISTS ENGLISHMEN HOME AGAIN LONDON, Sept. 23 In welcoming the returning Rugby League footballers at Southampton, the secretary of t"he Northern Union Rugby League Football Association, Mr. Watson, answered the Sydney criticism about luring Australian players to England. He asserted that no player had_ been, or ever would be approached within 12 months after any tour. Tho agreement would bo strictly kept.
