Blisters result from frichon the foot and the shoe, but you can t get a blister unless the skin is moist, Tins may result from perspiration or ,' When a blister appears it should be painted with iodine and Pureed with a clew needle that has been stenhst.d by flipping it in the .iodine beforehand. Squeeze out the fluid and covei the blister with a clean piece of lint. Methylated spirit helps to harden the .kin, but it is wise to change your shoes for 'you will get another blister if >ou continue to wear the same pair.
