HORSERADISH SALAD
Grate about three tablespoonfuls of horseradish and mix with mayonnaise dressing. Spread some thin slices of brown bread and butter with washed mustard and cress or watercress. Place the horseradish cream evenly on top. Take a pastrycutter and stamp out neat rounds of sandwich. Garnish with a small bunch of cress.
