BRIGHT EYES
DEEP BREATHING For clear bright eyes do a few minutes' deep breathing, without tight clothing on, in front of an open window beforo going to bed at night, and when you get up in the morning; also, drink cold water when retiring, and warm water when you get up, or at least before breakfast. You will notice many people huddle up quite humpty-back, scarcely giving the lungs room to breathe, when they go out in tho cold. This does not make them any warmer. Throw your shoulders back and breathe deeply, arid you will soon feel warmer, as deep breathing makes the blood circulate better.
