They are the home-makers of the next decade—the men-in-the-rnaking upon whose shoulders will soon devolve the full responsibility of citizenship. Are we to raise on this sound foundation a citizenship that shall be worthy of this fine land, or shall their potential manhood be allowed to deteriorate through enforced idleness and consequent lack of objective? THE RESPONSIBILITY IS YOURS A great deal of work on behalf of the boys baa already been done—voluntarily and unobtrusively—but to auch dimensions has the problem grown that further financial assistance is absolutely necessary. Give this question a few moments' consideration and you will readily realise that numbers of our boys, through no fault of their own, are unable to obtain employment—work so essential to their progress and manhood—and that they have the right to look to the community to help solve their difficultyit is the duty of every individual to help. A representative committee has been organised to co-ordinate the efforts to solve this problem and relies on the utmost assistance of every citizen. Everyone must realise their personal responsibility in this urgent and pressing problem.
