GOOD IMPRESSION MADE FAVOURABLE LONDON COMMENT (Received September 22, 9.5 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 22 As a consequence of a talk Mr. S. M. Bruce, Australian Minister in London, tad with financial writers most of the daily newspapers devote considerable Bpaco to reviews of Austi*alia's financial recovery. /Especially they comment on the transformation Mr. B. S. Stevens, Premier of New South Wales, has effected in that State. , The Financial Times says Mr. Stevens' Budget statement made an excellent impression in London and should greatly simplify and assist the coming conversion. The Morning Post, after commending Isew Sounth Wales for its remarkable progress since the dismissal of Mr. Lang, eays the past two yearn' history of this Etate prqvide a classic example of a politician's power for good or evil in economic affairs.
