ELECTION OF OFFICERS The annual meeting of the» Auckland branch of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand was held at Milne and Choyce's Reception Hall last evening, the retiring president, Mr. S. E. Bennett, presiding. The report and balance-sheet, details of. which have already been published, were adopted. The following officers were elected:-—-President, Mr. H. E. Vaile; vice-presi-dents, Mr. S. W. Rickards and Mr. G. B. Osmond; committee, Messrs. T. B. Arthur, P. Balgarnie, S. E. Bennett, J. D. Campbell, H. G. C. Ernest, A. P. Frater, G. Jlatcher, J. H. Jackson, F. A. Jarrett, T. Mclndoe and F. Wade. A musical programme was contributed by Messrs. Eric Bell, Ralph Eskrigge and Alan McElwain.
