PARTIES IN CONFERENCE:
MANCHESTER NEGOTIATIONS
(Received September 20, G. 5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 10 The negotiations for a settlement of the dispute in the manufacturing section of the cotton industry have been resumed at Manchester. The joint subcommittee of 12 members to-day considered the vexed question of wage reduction and other matters, among them that of' individual weavers undertaking the supervision of more looms.
