BRIDGE EVENING
A successful bridge ,evening was held yesterday at the Takapuna Gas Company's rooms at the Strand, in aid of funds for the Citizens' Welfare League. The organisers were Mrs. J. W. Williamson and Mrs. F. E. Gaudin, assisted by Mrs. Fotheringham, Mrs. G. Nicks, Mrs. G. Maspen, Mrs. Francis, Mrs. S. McKay, Mrs. Randall, Mrs. E. C. Cutten, Mrs. G. ,IL Matthews and Mis L. Williamson. Among the players were: Mrs. H. L. Bowden, Mrs. Mcßride, Mrs. Blomfield, Mrs. Rpllo, Mrs. Gillett, Mis. Rae, Mrs. Rickerby, Mrs. J. E. Close, Mrs. Hayden, Mr. C. M.
