RICHMOND CRUISING CLUB A YEAR OF PROGRESS A year of progress was recorded in tho report of the Richmond Cruising Club Presented at the annual meeting last evening. The commodore, Mr. T. L. Thompson, presided over a record attendance. Tho report stated that the club's racing programme was conducted under the sweepstake system, and proved very popular with boatowners.
