MAN FOUND ASLEEP FINE AND LICENCE CANCELLED [ny TrxEcn.U'H —prksr association] WELLINGTON, Tuesday Found by a constable apparently asleep at the wheel of a car which was stationary in a street on the evening of September, 7 Basil Young, aged 42, a wine and spirits traveller, was convicted in the 'Police Court to-day on a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a car. He was fined £ls and his driving licence was cancelled for 12 months.
