WATER VIEW METHODISTS
JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS Reminiscences of the early days of the church were interspersed throughout tlio programme at, the concluding celebration of the juhilce of the Waterview Methodist, Church last, evr- rig. The Rev. A. Mcßenn presided. Among the speakers was Mrs. E. Bennett-, daughter of Mrs. Elling, the only surviving original member of the church, who is still actively associated with it. Others who spoke were Messrs. George Knight, .T. PI Astley, D. I/. Thomas "and A. Service. Before this gathering a tea meeting was held in the schoolroom and was very largely attended.
