ENGINEERS' REUNION
SECOND FIELD COMPANY
The seventh annual reunion of the 2nd Field Company, New Zealand Engineers, was held on Saturday evening, when there was an attendance of about 100 memberis of the company and other field companies, from various parts of the Auckland province. Mr. N. L. Higgin6on, of Okoroire, presided. Appropriate toasts were honoured. "The 2nd Field Company, New Zealand Engineers" was proposed by Major A. Gray, and replied to by Mr. E. Mortonj "Fallen Comrades," by Mr. N. L. Vickermanj '-'The Navy, Army and Air Force," by Lieutenant M. K. Draffin, and responded to by Major J. Seabrook; '-'The Returned Soldiers' Association," by Mr. S. T. Carter, and replied to by Sir George Richardson; "Other Arms N.Z.E.F.," by Mr. E. G. Scrimshaw, and responded to by Mr. Sinclair Reid; "The Aussies," by Mr. Bryce Hart, and replied to by Mr. D. Folkard; "Other Engineering Units," by Mr. R. W. Dow, and responded, to by Captain Clifton; and "Absent Comrades," by Mr. W. Todd, and Ksplied to. by Mr. L. Hallett.
