HUTCHINSON FAMILY
RETURN FROM THE ARCTIC LONDON PAPER ARRANGES (Received September 15, 9.15 p.m.> LONDON, Sept. 15 The proprietors of the Daily Herald anxious to save the Hutchinson family from the rigorous Arctic winter, have arranged for the trawler Lord'Talbot to take them to Thurso. There they will entrain for London. Mr. George Hutchinson has wirelessed to the Herald expressing his gratitude. MASTER OF THE TRAWLER INSTRUCTIONS FROM OWNERS Time 3 Cable LONDON, Sept. 14 "Go on fishing" was the order sent to the master of the Scottish trawler Lord Talbot, which rescued the Hutchinson family off the coast of Greenland. The Danish Government, wishing to sec the marooned fliers clear of Greenland, had asked that the trawler should convey them to Iceland. The owners, in their instructions to the master, stated that if the fliers wished eventually to be taken to Aberdeen, they might travel by the trawler, but it must first complete its fishing operations. A message from Copenhagen says the Danish authorities arc seriously concerned over the prospects of the Hutchinsons wintering in Greenland, where there are insufficient food, clothes and fuel for them. Unless they can leave by the Lord Talbot they must wait till the spring, which will greatly inconvenience the settlements.
