DOMINION COUNCIL'S PLANS [by TEI-IiGEAPH—ritBSS ASSOCIATION] , WELLINGTON. 'Monday The New Zealand Athletic Council has decided to apply for inclusion on the list of' bodies conducting an art■ union, tho funds to.be devoted, to fostering athletics among juniors arid schools. Tho council agreed to a echeme for tne registration of all, athletes, the fees payable to be fixed by the 'various centres with a' minimum of one shilling, to como to the .New ..Zealand Association as an overseas representative fund.
