OVERTIME RATES OF PAY NAPIER WATERSIDERS' ACTION [nY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] NAPIER, Monday Watersiders engaged to-day on unloading tho Poolta's produce from southern ports refused to work overtime to-night unless they ware paid tho old rates. In consequence, work ceased, as the employers declare that the understanding was, that work should proceed meantime on tho old conditions, but at the new rates of pay.
