WATERS STILL RISING SETTLERS MOVE FROM LOWLANDS SYDNEY. Sept. 3 With the exception of Albury and parts of Murray, tho flood position is becoming easier. Low-lying areas around Albury were inundated yesterday, and the waters were still rising. The gauge on tho Humo weir showed the water to be 6ft. 3in. above the spillway and 15in. above the 1931 flood level. It is still rising. Settlers along tho river are alarmed and inajiy have moved to higher ground.
