Sir, —What a welcome surprise wo experienced in learning that the Government at least has in inind reducing tho wages tax instead of grinding some more out of us. They also recognise it is a heavy tax and that the sooner it can be reduced the better for the country. One also dares to hope for the total abolition of the tax which would go a long way toward turning gloom into boom and hurrying up the good time we are all so hopefully expectinS* Anti-Depression.
